The OpportunityThey are looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative to join them during an exciting phase of growth. This role offers a blend of hands‑on sales and leadership, giving you the opportunity to mentor junior team members while driving new business opportunities.
- Lucrative Package: A strong basic salary of up to £35k with a realistic OTE of £50k.
- Leadership Exposure: You won’t just be selling; you will hold one‑on‑ones with junior SDRs, reviewing calls and coaching them on sales skills.

- Generate Leads: Actively research and identify potential clients fitting the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), focusing on labour‑intensive, regulated sectors.
- Drive Outreach: Conduct personalised multi‑channel outreach (phone, email, social media) to capture interest in automating training compliance.
- Qualify & Convert: Perform discovery calls to understand prospect challenges and book qualified meetings for senior Business Development Managers.
- Lead the Team: Mentor junior SDRs, track team metrics, and foster a motivated culture.
- Manage Data: Meticulously track sales activities and prospect info in the CRM.
- 1‑2 years of experience as an SDR, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment (HR/LMS knowledge is a bonus).
- Exceptional ability to articulate the value of complex software solutions.
- Resilience to hit targets and a problem‑solving mindset to uncover compliance challenges.
- Desire to manage and develop a team, with excellent planning and organisational skills.
