A leading housing provider in Sunderland is seeking a Tenancy Support Worker. The role involves supporting tenants to sustain their tenancies by assisting with housing benefit claims and coordinating with external agencies. The successful candidate will work full-time, 35 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, and must possess a valid UK Driver’s license and Enhanced DBS. Competitive pay is offered at £14.06 PAYE or £18.00 Umbrella.
This position focuses on empowering vulnerable individuals affected by homelessness and other challenges.
