TESOL International Association is looking for a Full Stack Developer / Engineer with experience in .Net Core, AWS, and React. The position is based in Sunderland with a hybrid work-from-home policy and offers a salary up to £55,000 plus quarterly bonus.

• Develop scalable, reliable, and secure backend systems in C# .Net Core.
• Contribute to frontend development using JavaScript, Type Script, or React.
• Collaborate in an Agile team, inputting into technical decisions and mentoring others.
• Work on cloud-based infrastructure and integrations (AWS, Docker, Terraform).

• Strong C# .Net Core backend development experience.
• Experience building scalable, reliable, and secure web applications with modern techniques.
• Experience implementing frontend applications with JavaScript/Type Script or React.
• Good knowledge of AWS.
• Collaborative, with excellent communication, mentoring, and leadership skills.
