Location: Sidoarjo
- Prepare weekly payment plans and prioritize due invoices based on agreed payment terms and approved cash-flow schedules.
- Maintain accurate AP aging schedules and proactively identify overdue, disputed, duplicate, or blocked invoices.
- Support period-end closings by coordinating invoice cut-offs, accruals, and payable confirmations.
- Receive, check, and record supplier invoices via three-way matching (purchase orders, goods receipts, tax invoices, and contracts).
- Process payment proposals and documents in compliance with due dates, authority limits, and tax regulations.
- Reconcile supplier statements and AP subledger balances, resolving discrepancies across internal departments and vendors.

- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant background with 1–2 years of relevant experience is a plus.
- Understanding of basic accounting, AP cycles, withholding tax/VAT documents, three-way matching, and internal controls.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP/accounting systems; SAP experience is an advantage.
- Good English skill, both written and spoken.
- Willing to be placed in plant and relocate if needed.
