Kandidat ideal memiliki pemahaman kuat tentang gambar teknik dan metode perhitungan volume. Tanggung jawab termasuk melakukan survei harga pasar dan membuat proposal penawaran. Keterampilan dalam penggunaan software CAD sangat diharapkan, serta kemampuan untuk bekerja detail dan memenuhi tenggat waktu.
