Reporting to the Technical Engineering Manager, your new role as a Specification Engineer will involve creating opportunities through specifications and influencing key decision‑makers to deliver products and services within the Hilti portfolio. This is a vital position that shapes the construction industry—from concept and design all the way through to installation and maintenance.

• Offering technical support and expertise to clients, ensuring they understand and implement the best passive fire protection solutions.
• Working closely with architects to integrate Hilti’s products into their designs and projects.
• Bringing the value proposition of products, services and software and driving technical solution adoption building up to a strong specification pipeline.
• Developing relationships with architectural practices by offering ongoing training, educational resources, and participating in networking events.

• Holding minimum bachelor’s degree in civil / mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience as Engineer in structural consultant/ contractor.
• Dynamic personality with strong winning and high‑performance mindset.
• Excellent communication skills, both in Bahasa & English.
• Willing to work with high mobility as Field‑based team.
• Enthusiasm to learn and drive to succeed.
• Valid driving license.
• Open for working placement all across Indonesia region.
