Reporting to the Technical Engineering Manager, the Specification Engineer will create opportunities through specifications and influence decision‑makers to deliver products and services within the Hilti portfolio. This vital position shapes the construction industry from concept and design through installation and maintenance.

• Provide technical support and expertise to clients, ensuring they understand and implement the best passive fire protection solutions.
• Work closely with architects to integrate Hilti’s products into designs and projects.
• Bring the value proposition of products, services and software and drive technical solution adoption building a strong specification pipeline.
• Develop relationships with architectural practices by offering ongoing training, educational resources and participating in networking events.

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in civil / mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an engineer in structural consultant/contractor.
• Dynamic personality with a strong winning and high‑performance mindset.
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa and English.
• Willingness to work with high mobility as a field‑based team.
• Enthusiasm to learn and drive to succeed.
• Valid driving license.
• Open to working placement all across Indonesia region.
