Who We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for a Creative Content Marketing Associate who’s a strong storyteller and deeply fluent in social content, especially Linked In, but who also enjoys contributing to broader content initiatives.
You’re execution first, internet‑native, and comfortable experimenting with formats, narratives, and channels. You’ll work closely with founders, growth, and internal teams to bring Flexi Roam’s voice to life across social, video, and long‑form content.
This role is ideal for someone who wants hands‑on ownership, fast feedback loops, and real exposure to how content drives trust and B2B pipeline.
What You’ll Do Own & Grow Social Media Presence (Primary Focus)Own and grow Flexi Roam’s social media presence, with a primary focus on Linked In.
Experiment with new post formats, narratives, and emerging social trends to continuously evolve our approach.
Turn raw inputs (voice notes, bullet points, Looms, Notion docs) into polished social posts.
Track engagement and performance to inform iteration and improvement.
Help drive Flexi Roam’s video content strategy, especially short‑form and social‑native video.
Create or coordinate videos that can be distributed across:
- Social channels
- Email newsletters
Repurpose video content into multiple formats to maximize reach.
Shape how Flexi Roam founders and leaders show up on Linked In.
Repurpose insights, customer wins, and product updates into executive‑style content.
Maintain a lightweight content cadence and posting rhythm.
Coordinating interviews with internal or external stakeholders.
Drafting and editing written content.
Managing feedback cycles and approvals.
Help turn case studies into social and sales‑ready assets.
Build Employer Brand ContentBuild content that boosts Flexi Roam’s employer brand.
Write bylines with teammates highlighting:
- Interesting internal stories
- Team wins and learnings
- Behind‑the‑scenes startup moments
Help spin up recurring content series that spotlight employees and culture.
Improve AI Search Visibility (Learning Opportunity)Help improve Flexi Roam’s visibility in AI search and discovery platforms such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Gemini.
Brainstorm content ideas and distribution tactics that increase brand presence in AI‑generated answers and recommendations.
Brainstorm and test new content ideas and mediums.
Use AI tools to speed up ideation, drafting, editing, and repurposing.
Stay curious about how content performs across platforms and discovery channels.
The Ideal Candidate Has- 2–5 years of experience in content, social media, or digital marketing
- Excellent written English (this is non‑negotiable)
- Strong instincts for Linked In and B2B content
- A creative mindset paired with a bias toward execution
- Comfort working cross‑functionally and managing multiple content streams
- Hands‑on experience with basic visual or video creation (e.g. Canva, Cap Cut, Premiere, etc.)
- Experience using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity) for content creation
- Experience supporting founder or executive‑led social accounts
- Exposure to B2B, SaaS, fintech or travel products
- Familiarity with tools like Hub Spot and Figma
- Work directly with founders and senior leaders
- Learn how content drives trust, distribution, and B2B pipeline
- Global exposure while being based in Indonesia or Malaysia
- Clear growth path into senior content, social, or growth roles
Salary Range: IDR 7,000,000 - IDR 15,000,000
