This is a full-time, on-site role for an Information Technology Development Manager based in Surabaya. The role involves overseeing and managing IT-related projects, leading a team of developers, and ensuring smooth implementation of software solutions aligned with the company's objectives. The candidate will also focus on analyzing business requirements, suggesting IT solutions, and ensuring best practices in the development lifecycle.

• Proficiency in Information Technology and Software Development
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and optimize solutions
• Team Management and Team Leadership capabilities to guide and inspire a development team
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in managing IT projects and implementing technology solutions is desirable
• Familiarity with the manufacturing industry and ERP systems is a plus
