Network R&D

Overview

Padi Technology is looking for a Network R&D who is a natural tinkerer, curious, and innovation-driven to create our next-generation services.

Location:

Surabaya

• Research and build emerging network-based services to expand our product portfolio and technology ecosystem
• Continuously optimize network topologies for high scalability, resilience, and future-readiness
• Build lab environments to test and turn experimental protocols into production-ready standards
• Research and resolve deep-level technical challenges that require non-standard or custom-engineered solutions
• Develop frameworks and scripts to enhance infrastructure agility and accelerate service delivery

• Minimum S1 Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related technical field
• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in high-level network engineering;
  ISP or R&D background is a must
• Mastery of Layer 2 & Layer 3 (BGP, OSPF)
• Deep passion for deconstructing how systems work and improving them beyond their default capabilities; you build what you design
• Fluent in Linux for server-side networking, automation, and system optimization
• Security is embedded in every design and configuration you create
• Certifications:
  
  CCNP/JNCIP or MTCINE preferred, but a strong portfolio of built systems or open-source contributions is more valued

• Ability to find technical solutions in the face of limitations or non-standard requirements
• Able to explore complex tech deeply and present it as a clear, ready-to-implement business strategy
• Proactively identifies opportunities to enhance infrastructure and user experience
