This role ensures T2 suppliers strictly implement the good quality material to T1 by resolving non-conformities, driving continuous improvement, and monitoring the CAPA, and collaborating with internal teams (Material owners and vendor management team) and external partners. This role focuses on critical raw materials/components, maintaining product integrity and supply chain efficiency. Establish T2 QIP audit Data and provide analysis report.

The role is responsible for managing an efficient material supply including Indonesia Supplier Localization Program that ensures quality, and timely delivery of all raw materials used in Indonesia T1 Factories.

Able to lead and guide stakeholders on solving and finding the optimum solution on materials delivery and quality.

• Serve as the primary contact for T2 quality issues, fostering strong partnerships and transparent communication.
• Assess T2 vendor performance through audits, inspections, and data analysis to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Investigate quality defects, perform root cause analysis (e.g., 5 Whys, Fishbone), and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
• Develop and manage tailored quality improvement plans for underperforming vendors, ensuring timely resolution of issues.

• Well-structured internal audit procedure and policy conducted QIP audit accordingly.
• Develop T2 QIP performance scorecards. implement monthly tracking report for poor performance T2 vendor and monitor material quality & delivery.
• Conduct regular on-site/virtual audits of T2 vendors’ processes, documenting findings and ensuring adherence to regulatory/industry standards.
• Educate T2 vendors on quality expectations, best practices, and tools to enhance performance.
• Track KPIs (defect rates, compliance scores), analyze trends, and report to stakeholders with actionable insights.

• Support Material Vendor Management to conduct vetting T2 suppliers expansion facility in Indonesia.
• Support Material Vendor Management to local source potential T2 suppliers, visit and conduct vetting process, when confirm to on board, conduct on boarding formality.
• Visit to Indonesia related Materials Exhibition to source materials and potential T2 suppliers.
• Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain related to vendor quality, ensuring continuity and reliability.
• Provide risk assessment report to material owner and VM team.
