Kozystay is a fast‑growing middle to high‑end property management start‑up focusing on short‑term rental. We are looking for an Onboarding Property (Project Manager) to help with day‑to‑day operations.

• Design new properties to meet Kozystay’s standards
• Inspect new properties and prepare onboarding reports
• Execute onboarding processes, including managing renovations and decorating
• Administer property onboarding and off‑boarding procedures
• Schedule and monitor technicians for new property repairs

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design or contracting
• Understanding of building construction
• Good time management and ability to work under tight timelines
• Hardworking, driven, and passionate
• Organized with attention to detail
• Good sense of design and property styling
