Jewellery Representative (Luxury Sales Associate) Mondial Surabaya

We are seeking an experienced Jewellery Representative Mondial to join our growing team in Surabaya Area.

As a Jewellery Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our prestigious jewellery brands, to high‑end customers across the region.

• Minimum education:
  
  Diploma III, or Bachelor's degree from any major
• Proven experience min. 1 year as a sales representative or consultant in fashion, luxury retail industry, automotive, or hospitality
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
• A passion for the retail luxury industry and a deep understanding of high‑end fashion products
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Proficiency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
• A positive, customer‑centric attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment
• Willingness to work shift hours (Mall Operational Hours) and 6 days a week (including Saturday, Sunday & public holiday, with one weekday off)
