Tugas & Tanggung Jawab
- Mengelola dan mengawasi fungsi HR: rekrutmen, remunerasi, OD, PD, HI, legal, dan administrasi.
- Menjalankan dan mengawasi strategi pengelolaan SDM sesuai kebutuhan bisnis perusahaan (FnB, Retail, & Farm).
- Mendukung implementasi kebijakan, SOP, dan program HR.
- Melakukan monitoring kinerja, disiplin, dan kepatuhan karyawan.
- Membina dan mengarahkan tim HRD.
- Pendidikan minimal S1 Psikologi / Manajemen / Hukum / sejenis.
- Pengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun di posisi yang sama.
- Memahami proses HRD & legalitas perusahaan secara keseluruhan.
- Memiliki leadership, komunikasi, analisa, dan problem solving yang baik.
- Terbiasa menangani multi unit bisnis.

Gaji: IDR 6,000,000 – 8,000,000 per bulan
