Qualification:
- Minimum D3 any Major (Fresh Graduate are Welcome)
- Minimum GPA 2,75
- Experience minimum 6 months in Call Center (Have experience in travel industry/GDS operations preferred)
- Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre)
- Communicative.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English (B2)
- Willing to work in Shifting Schedule including weekend and Public Holiday.
- Willing to place in SURAKARTA (SOLO RAYA)
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage flight bookings & reservations on GDS portals (Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre)
- Handle refunds, cancellations, reissues, & itinerary changes accurately
- Address customer queries, documentation, & concerns
- Resolve customer escalations (including email, chat, and voice) professionally
- Maintain high-quality service with timely resolutions
