We are seeking an experienced GM Supply Chain to lead our end-to-end supply chain operations with a strong focus on procurement excellence. This role will be pivotal in optimizing COGS, improving supplier terms, and driving profitability.

• Lead and oversee procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics functions.
• Develop sourcing strategies to secure the best quality products at optimal cost.
• Negotiate supplier contracts and build strategic vendor relationships.
• Implement cost control initiatives to improve COGS and overall margins.
• Monitor supply chain performance and ensure timely, efficient product availability.
• Lead a high-performing supply chain team with a culture of continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in procurement within food retail or FMCG.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
