We are looking for an experienced IT Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive business growth by acquiring new clients and expanding existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of IT services, excellent client-handling skills, and a proven ability to close high-value technology deals.

Key Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities for IT services, including custom software development, web & mobile applications, cloud solutions, Dev Ops, QA/testing, UI/UX, and IT consulting
Identify and qualify leads through outbound sales, networking, Linked In, email campaigns, and partnerships
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Conduct client discovery calls to understand business and technical requirements
Work closely with pre-sales and technical teams to prepare proposals, SOWs, and pricing models
Handle RFPs, RFIs, and contract negotiations
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
Track sales performance and maintain accurate data in CRM tools
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies
Required Skills &
Qualifications:
Proven experience in service-based IT business development
Strong understanding of IT outsourcing, fixed-price, and time & material models
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Experience working with international clients (US, UK, Europe, Middle East, Australia)
Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Hub Spot, Zoho, etc.)
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field
