The Jim Pattison Auto Group seeks a personable, thoughtful, tech-savvy Parts Advisor for its Surrey dealership. You will identify, source, and quote automotive parts while supporting retail customers and service technicians. Accuracy, organization, dealership systems, and manufacturer catalogues are central to daily work.
Key Responsibilities:- Greet customers and answer parts inquiries across communication channels
- Identify, locate, and source parts using dealership systems
- Provide quotes, availability, and delivery timelines
- Process orders, invoices, returns, and special orders
- Receive, stock, pick, and stage incoming parts
- Automotive parts or dealership experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of automotive parts and systems highly preferred
- Professional, friendly, and helpful customer service approach
- Accuracy, organization, multitasking, and communication skills
- Comfort with computers, catalogues, and dealership software
