About the Role
We are looking for an experienced General Construction Foreman with carpentry skills to supervise small projects independently and support Site Superintendents on medium‑size projects. The role combines on‑site leadership with hands‑on carpentry and general labour tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and support small projects independently and assist Site Superintendents on larger projects.
  • Perform carpentry and general labour tasks as required.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, trades, and RJS team members.
  • Communicate project progress to Project Managers and Site Superintendents.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation through Procore.
  • Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Foster teamwork and positive problem‑solving on site.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years experience as a Foreman with a general contractor.
  • Proven experience on small to medium‑sized commercial, institutional, and light industrial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of BC construction methods, codes, and documents.
  • Ability to read and interpret scopes of work, drawings, schedules, and contract documents.
  • Skilled in safety practices, team leadership, and project execution.
  • Organized, adaptable, and proactive in solving challenges.
  • Basic computer skills including Outlook;
    Procore experience preferred.
  • Reliable vehicle for transportation to job sites.
  • Must be able to provide a satisfactory criminal record check.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Hourly pay: CA $32.10 – CA $42.20 per hour.
