NWPM is hiring General Labourers to join our landscape construction team. No experience is required — we will teach you everything. You must be physically strong, reliable, and ready to work outdoors.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with installing synthetic grass, paving stones, retaining walls, and other landscape projects
- Load/unload materials and keep job sites clean and organized
- Operate basic tools and equipment (we will train you)
- Support the crew with all labour tasks
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Physically strong and able to work outdoors
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to learn
- Positive attitude and willingness to take direction
- Valid driver’s license is an asset but not required
