NWPM is hiring General Labourers to join our landscape construction team. No experience is required — we will teach you everything. You must be physically strong, reliable, and ready to work outdoors.

• Assist with installing synthetic grass, paving stones, retaining walls, and other landscape projects
• Load/unload materials and keep job sites clean and organized
• Operate basic tools and equipment (we will train you)
• Support the crew with all labour tasks
• Follow safety procedures and company standards

• Physically strong and able to work outdoors
• Reliable, punctual, and ready to learn
• Positive attitude and willingness to take direction
• Valid driver’s license is an asset but not required
