Project Manager - National Client

A leading Canadian general contractor has been selected to deliver a high-volume, multi-site construction program for a Fortune 100 grocery and retail brand. With 10+ major commercial builds planned across Canada in the next 12 months, they are hiring experienced Project Managers to oversee full-cycle delivery from site mobilization through to handover.
This is a fly-in/fly-out (FIFO) opportunity with project locations in cities such as Vancouver, Calgary, Edmonton, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, and Victoria. Candidates can be based anywhere in Canada, as travel and accommodations are provided.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the on-site delivery of major retail construction projects
• Oversee subcontractors, site coordination, and daily construction progress
• Track schedules, budgets, and materials to ensure efficient project execution
• Ensure quality and safety compliance across all phases
• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial/ICI construction project management
• Solid background in steel structure and concrete slab builds
• Comfortable with travel and FIFO rotation
• Experience working with general contractors on multi-site or retail projects is an asset
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
