Monday to Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Hourly: $35-$45 (based on experience)

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Service Roofing Foreman to lead and coordinate roofing service projects across the Lower Mainland. • Supervise and monitor progress across multiple service roofing projects
• Coordinate and support site personnel to ensure job site efficiency and safety
• Review drawings, project specifications, and timelines with crews and supervisors
• Act as a liaison between Bothwell-Accurate, general contractors, and clients
• Order, organize, and track materials and equipment deliveries
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and protocols
• Submit and verify timesheets and other project documentation
• Perform occasional small deliveries or pickups as required

• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on roofing experience (required)
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to manage risks on‑site
• Superior time management and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with construction materials and industry practices
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
