Site Superintendent - Construction

Adecco is actively seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee large-scale industrial, commercial, and warehouse projects across Canada. This leadership role requires a hands-on construction professional with a proven ability to manage complex builds exceeding 60,000 sq. ft., coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and drive results under accelerated timelines.

• Pay Rate: $130k/year.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all field and site operations for assigned construction projects.
• Supervise and coordinate self-performed and subcontracted work.
• Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and change management.
• Ensure strict compliance with building codes, safety protocols, and contract requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and clients to achieve project milestones.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and motivation to on-site teams and subcontractors.
• Navigate tight-access zones and complex site logistics.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and uphold quality and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Legal eligibility to work and reside in Canada.
• 8+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent in industrial, commercial, or warehouse construction.
• Proven track record managing projects of 60,000 sq. ft. or larger.
• Skilled in site logistics, accelerated timelines, and high-performance project delivery.
• Skilled Trade Certification is an asset.
• Strong leadership, delegation, and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and construction documentation tools.
• Willing and able to travel extensively and work remotely across Canada.
