What you’ll do:- Greet guests warmly upon arrival; lead them through the check-in process in a professional, friendly manner
- Answer and make phone calls with a polished, service-centric tone; schedule appointments, answer inquiries and ensure prompt follow-up
- Support our vehicle appraisal and buying process by ensuring customers feel comfortable, informed and valued
- Act as a liaison between guests and our buying/operations team—making sure communication is clear, timely and positive
- Keep the front-of-house/reception area organized, inviting and functioning smoothly
- Conduct follow-up phone calls or emails to ensure guest satisfaction, answer questions, and capture feedback
- Uphold the brand’s professional appearance and hospitality standards in every interaction
- Experience in hospitality, front desk, guest services or other customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication skills—clear, friendly, confident both in person and on the phone
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; able to manage calls, walk-ins, paperwork and guest interactions seamlessly
- A genuine guest-service attitude: you enjoy helping people, diffusing concerns, and delivering positive experiences
- Professional appearance and demeanor, comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
- No automotive experience required—you bring the guest service skill, we’ll teach the rest
