Less Canada is hiring a Host for our Surrey Scott Road Centre. This role focuses on customer service, facility cleanliness, and membership support to deliver a friendly, clean, automated brand experience.

• Maintain cleanliness standards by completing daily cleanup tasks and inspecting equipment per guidelines.
• Provide friendly customer interaction while cleaning, contributing to a “everybody cleans” mindset.
• Welcome members and guests, assist with memberships, amenities, and automated processes.
• Promote Black Card and membership benefits.
• Perform tasks within set timelines and follow daily, weekly, monthly training and communications.
• Report deficiencies and incidents using standard procedures; coordinate with management for resolution.
• Support membership sales and provide assistance for membership management.
• Educate members on automated and virtual club options.

• High School diploma or working toward completion.
• At least 1 year of teamwork and/or volunteer experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• WHMIS and First Aid, CPR‑A & AED certification.
• Calm under pressure and able to handle stress.
• Dedicated to meeting internal and external customer expectations.
• Efficient time management.

$17.85 per hour (part‑time).
