Concierge (Casual, On‑Call position)

Vancouver, Downtown Eastside

CA $19.00/hr - CA $20.00/hr

As a Concierge, you are the “face” of the high‑end residential properties. You greet all residents and visitors with a warm smile and ensure they receive high‑standard customer service. Successful Concierges have a strong customer‑service background, passion for exceeding expectations, and an innate ability to problem solve and diffuse sticky situations.

• Greet residents and visitors warmly.
• Provide high‑standard customer service to all residents.
• Patrol the property, including stairs, hallways, interior and exterior.
• Safely receive, store and handle standard packages from couriers and carriers.
• Work in different environmental conditions (wind, heat, cold, rain, etc.).

Saturday and Sunday – 11:00 pm to 7:00 am

• Previous experience with strata buildings is an asset.
• At least one year of direct/in‑person customer service experience.
• Excellent written and oral command of the English language.

$19 – $20 per hour.
