HVAC Technical Support Representative

Talent Sphere Staffing Solutions is partnered with one of Canada’s fastest growing suppliers of HVAC products. They are recognized for their forward‑thinking approach and strong focus on customer experience. We are looking for an HVAC Technical Support Representative to join their team, based out of their branch in Surrey.

You’ll be actively involved in supporting live HVAC projects, working directly with distributors, contractors, and internal sales teams. Your technical knowledge and practical experience will play a key role in keeping projects moving efficiently from design through installation.

• Develop accurate pricing, technical submittals, and equipment specifications for fans, ERVs, and heat pump systems
• Diagnose and resolve installation and operational issues in the field
• Analyze mechanical drawings to confirm correct equipment selection and system performance
• Partner with engineering and sales teams to refine technical documentation and project execution
• Assist with industry trade shows, customer training programs, and sales support initiatives

• Experience with heat pump systems is strongly preferred
• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 1–3+ years of experience in HVAC or ventilation systems
• Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and understand airflow and performance fundamentals
• Strong communication skills with a highly organized, service-oriented approach
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and CRM platforms

• HVAC/R certification or additional technical training
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Revit
• Experience delivering or supporting training for distributors or contractors
