As our Paid Service Beauty Advisor, you are an expert in all things beauty! You’ll guide clients on their beauty journey at the Beauty Studio & beyond. It’s not just about the product, but about making a client’s day through teaching, inspiring, and sharing. You’ll work with diverse teams and leaders who support your growth.

• Provide personalized beauty consultations, understanding clients’ goals and recommending suitable products and services.
• Perform beauty services, including makeup application and skincare treatments, while adhering to health and hygiene standards.
• Demonstrate product application techniques and skincare routines.
• Stay current with beauty trends, new products, and brand launches at Sephora.
• Deliver exceptional client service, create a welcoming and inclusive environment, handle bookings and re‑booking of beauty services.
• Participate in sales and promotional events, driving customer engagement and contributing to store sales goals.

• 1-3 years’ prior experience in retail sales or services.
• Knowledge of trending beauty products.
• Passion for client service and selling.
• Strong communication skills, ability to multitask.
• Consistent and reliable attendance.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Compensation ranges between CAD $20.85 - CAD $25.45/hr. You may be eligible for performance‑based bonus opportunities, a competitive benefits program, and learning and development initiatives. The final pay offered will depend on various factors, including qualifications and experience.
