We have an exciting 18-month temporary full-time opportunity for an Informatics Lead, MEDITECH Expanse to join our Clinical Ancillary Solutions (CAS) team at Central City Tower located in Surrey, BC. This role supports Digital Patient and Provider Experience portfolio within Fraser Health.

We are seeking a highly motivated Informatics Lead to support the Meditech expansion across Fraser Health. In this role, you’ll draw on your expertise in clinical applications, system integration (e.g. HL7 interfaces), and multi-system project management while collaborating closely with clinical and technical stakeholders.

You will support a dynamic portfolio that connects Meditech Expanse with multiple downstream systems and play a key role in coordinating cross-functional discussions, aligning technical changes with clinical workflows, and supporting the smooth expansion of Meditech Expanse across Fraser Health sites. You will have the opportunity to apply your expertise in system integration, workflow analysis, testing coordination, project management, and stakeholder engagement in a complex environment.

• Lead initiatives that support the effective integration of Meditech with downstream systems.
• Partner with the Interoperability team, application specialists, and clinical and technical stakeholders to assess and manage impacts of system changes.
• Facilitate cross-functional discussions, bridging the gap between clinical needs and technical solutions.
• Coordinate and oversee testing activities across multiple systems and teams to ensure successful implementations.
• Apply sophisticated business analysis skills to assess workflows, identify integration impacts, and recommend effective solutions.
• Lead projects involving multiple integrated systems, ensuring deliverables are achieved on time and aligned with organizational priorities.
• Support organizational readiness for Meditech expansion through documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement.

• Expertise in clinical applications and health informatics.
• Experience with system integration
  , including HL7 interfaces.
• Strong background in managing complex projects across integrated systems.
• Advanced business analysis skills and the ability to translate workflows into technical requirements.
• Demonstrated ability to engage stakeholders

• Superior organization and coordination skills
  , especially in leading impact assessment and testing across teams.
• Knowledge of Meditech Expanse and downstream system workflows is an asset.
