Education, Training and Experience- Grade 12
- Graduation from an approved program in Medical Transcription
- One year’s recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience

Detailed OverviewTranscribes and types a variety of medical dictation and other documentation such as diagnostic radiology reports, medical consults and clinical histories from a centralized dictation system utilizing the Radiology Information System, computerized equipment and intermediate word processing software. Responds to work status enquiries, photocopies, faxes and distributes reports in accordance with established procedures as assigned.
