Position Overview :
The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Architect will be responsible for designing and implementing IAM systems in coordination with the IAM Service Manager. This includes identity governance, account provisioning, single sign-on, multi-factor authentication, conditional access, and privileged account management. The architect will collaborate with the other Architecture team, business stakeholders, and the engineering teams to define, evaluate, and update policies, standards, and solutions.
They will provide technical guidance, drive continuous improvement, create and maintain the technology roadmap, and interact with industry experts to apply best practices. The role also involves developing complex IAM components, documenting solutions, and training operational teams. Required skills include experience with identity management technologies, directories, web access management, single sign-on, privileged identity management, multi-factor authentication, and cloud IAM. Desired skills include knowledge of regulatory controls and information security certifications.

- For this position, the expected salary range is between $110,000 and $125,000 annually. This range reflects our commitment to providing competitive compensation that aligns with industry standards and your qualifications.

- Initiate and/or participate in technology projects.
- Oversee or consult on business projects.
- Coordinate with the IAM team with roadmap, solution design, implementation, and operational planning activities that align with IAM objectives.
- Collaborate with operations teams for contract management, monitoring, and optimization.
- Evaluate technology industry and market trends determining the impact of technology changes on user experience.
- Manage projects when PMs are not assigned – work within Project governance.
