Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Case Manager located in Surrey, BC. The Case Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating client immigration cases, ensuring compliance with Canadian immigration policies and procedures. Responsibilities include conducting client consultations, preparing documentation, monitoring case progress, and liaising with relevant authorities to ensure successful application outcomes. The Case Manager will also provide clients with regular updates and offer personalized support throughout their immigration process.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of immigration policies, procedures, and associated documentation processes
  • Proficient in client interaction, problem-solving, and managing sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multi-tasking abilities to handle multiple cases effectively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Familiarity with case management software and general office tools such as Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in immigration consultancy or a related field preferred
  • Appropriate education or training in immigration consultancy, legal services, or a related discipline
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to a dynamic work environment
