Your New Role
The mobile maintenance technician will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day upkeep of themercial and industrial portfolio. You will ensure that all building systems, equipment, and facilities are operating efficiently and safely. This role involves performing routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and minor repairs across multiple sites, while responding promptly to service requests and emergencies. You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues, coordinate with contractors for specialized repairs, and maintain accurate records of workpleted.

A customer-focused approach andmitment to safety will be key to success in this position.
What you’ll need to succeed

Experience in Maintenance / Building Operations / Handyman roles.

Ideally experience maintainingmercial, industrial, or retail properties.

4th or 5th Class Power Engineering Certification or working towards is an asset.

Other related tickets are an asset (ie. Journeyman, red seal).

Personal Vehicle, valid BCDL & the ability to provide a clean drivers abstract.

Emergency on call availability.

What you’ll get in return

Salary:
Up to $75,000 experience dependent.
