We are seeking motivated individuals to join our Production Line Team. This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced environment. We are looking for dependable team players who consistently show up on time and take pride in their work. Candidates must be flexible and available to work both day and night shifts based on business needs. Additionally, team members may be assigned to different areas within the production department as required.

Day Shift & Night Shift

• Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy
• Ensure that production requirements and standards are consistently being met
• Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality
• Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals
• Maintain a clean and safe work area and comply with all safety guidelines
• Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management
• Follow all written and verbal instructions
• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude
• Packaging and processing of bone in and bone out products that would meet the company, CFIA and customer specifications

• Previous experience working with poultry an asset
• Able to work in cold temperatures of 0 - 10C
• Comfortable working with raw meat products
• Positive attitude and safety focused
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and reaching
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. on a regular basis
• Able to work 8‑hour shifts standing

$20.05 - $20.05 an hour
