Complete Landscape is expanding and hiring a Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead a crew and ensure high-quality work on our strata and commercial sites. We provide full training for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and organize a maintenance crew
- Operate a company truck and equipment
- Perform mowing, trimming, pruning, and seasonal cleanups
- Maintain site quality, safety, and efficiency
- Communicate professionally with customers when required
- Valid driver’s license (required — you will operate a company truck)
- Strong leadership mindset
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Able to work outdoors and perform physical tasks
- Landscaping experience is an asset but not required — we will train you
