We’re looking for a Coordinator Distribution to join our Pro Support team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple priorities, and remains calm under pressure. Role

As a Distribution Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting store and dealer operations by ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient distribution of products.

  • Order Optimization & Truck Fill Support – Proactively call stores to identify additional product needs and help fill partially empty trucks before departure from the Distribution Center (DC).
  • Inventory & Product Support – Respond to inquiries from stores and dealers regarding stock levels, product specifications, and availability.
  • Provide pricing information for non-commodity items upon request.
  • Assortment & Pack Size Coordination – Field calls from dealers regarding assortment suggestions and pack size requests, and relay feedback to relevant teams.
  • Cross-Dock Order Management – Support coordination of cross-dock orders and communicate real-time updates to dealers about items/orders currently at the DC.
  • Delivery ETA Communication – Answer calls from stores and dealers regarding order delivery ETAs. Contact carriers or drivers directly to provide accurate arrival time updates the day before or day of delivery.
  • Delivery Issue Resolution – Handle calls from stores reporting missing items from deliveries and initiate follow-up actions to resolve discrepancies.
  • Collaboration & Continuous Improvement – Maintain strong working relationships with the delivery, receiving, and sales representatives teams. Stay informed about new products and distribution practices through ongoing training.
