The ideal candidate is outgoing, has a proven sales track record, and is passionate about empowering others. This role requires approximately 15-20 hours per week, with shifts mainly Monday to Friday, including occasional weekends, during the day and evening.

Your responsibilities will include driving sales, maintaining store cleanliness, managing inventory, and exceeding personal sales targets.
