Role:
Part‑time Brand Ambassador bringing the brand to life daily. Deliver an exceptional shopping experience, represent company values, and passionately promote products.

• Engage every guest using the AEO Selling Model with a friends‑first mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest fitting options.
• Introduce the AEO loyalty program and additional brand channels.
• Flex between Sales floor, Cash & Wrap, Fitting Room, and Stockroom as needed.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while adhering to company policy.
• Assist the team, promote teamwork, and get the job done.
• Maintain integrity and follow all AEO policies & procedures.

• Enjoy interacting with people.
• High energy, handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for AE & Aerie products.
• Retail experience preferred.
• At least 16 years of age.
