Fitness Studio Membership Sales Representative

Turn fitness interest into memberships at an Orange theory studio through relationship building, consumer presentations, and polished communication. Support welcoming experiences from arrival through first workout.
As a Membership Sales Associate, you will introduce interested consumers to the OTF concept and explain the studio experience. The work includes front desk service, studio tours, membership sales, prospect follow-up, and concern resolution. You will also coordinate with trainers and support marketing events.

Key Responsibilities:

Present Orange theory Fitness concepts to prospective consumers
Conduct tours that introduce the studio environment
Guide introductions alongside trainers before first workouts
Follow up consistently with prospective clients
Participate in marketing and community outreach events
Requirements:

Strong written and face-to-face communication abilities
