Conduct structural surveys and liaise with authorities regarding statutory requirements.

To be successful in the role of Chartered Building Surveyor, you'll have the following skills and experience:
 
Experience in building surveying, particularly in public-sector housing and educational projects.
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Proficiency in managing projects and liaising with clients effectively.
