We have an outstanding opportunity for an Assistant / Intermediate level Quantity Surveyor to join an award-winning, luxury residential developer that creates exceptional private homes in exclusive, sought-after locations.

The company has a property portfolio valued over £1 billion with luxury homes located throughout the best addresses in central London and the Home Counties. They currently have over £300m of property under construction and are looking to strengthen their commercial team by bringing in an Assistant / Intermediate Quantity Surveyor.

The ideal person will need to have at least 3 years’ experience working for a reputable residential developer or main contractor, and have a keen interest in getting involved in luxury residential developments. Residential experience is ideal; not necessarily luxury residential, but a good understanding of new build residential projects is important.

• Ideally degree qualified
• Minimum 3 years’ experience
• Track record working for a reputable residential developer or main contractor
• Experience working on new build residential projects
• Good commercial skills and knowledge
• Able to commute to Surrey (near Weybridge)
