Established Developer urgently seeks a Town Planner to work alongside their busy Land Acquisition department. The Developer works on an excellent quality product ranging from 10 – 80 units per Site.

The successful candidate will be a qualified town planner, have worked on and have experience of residential sites varying in size.

The role will be to assist in the Land Acquisition on designing town plans to submit to authority planning for approval. You will run the applications through, assist in queries for the application, discuss and assist with the planning authorities in getting the plans agreed.

This is a progressive role within the organisation and varied as dealing with various internal departments and authorities.

In addition, it is important you have experience of having worked with a Developer or Consultancy as this will have served as a good introduction to the pace and detail of the environment.
