Position: Key Account Manager - Haematology (Wessex and )

Key Account Manager – Haematology (Wessex, Surrey and Sussex)

GSK is seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to lead uptake of our haematology medicines across Wessex, Surrey and Sussex. The role is field based with national travel as required.

Location: Wessex, Surrey and Sussex (UK – Surrey, Dorset, East Sussex, Hampshire, Somerset, Sussex, West Sussex, West Sussex – Worthing, Wiltshire)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive uptake of GSK medicines to improve patient outcomes in key hospital accounts.
  • Build trust and relationships with stakeholders across multiple care settings.
  • Understand customer impact and interdependencies to drive action.
  • Demonstrate measurable progress against account plans with KPIs.
  • Communicate data to customers, articulating benefits for patients and NHS.
  • Coordinate with medical, MSL and Health Outcomes colleagues to support queries.
  • Develop and mobilise External Expert endorsement and advocacy.
  • Map service and patient pathways to identify and remove barriers.

Basic Qualifications & Skills:

  • University degree or equivalent.
  • ABPI certification.
  • Experience in account management.
  • Knowledge of NHS cancer service provision and funding mechanisms.
  • Ability to work across boundaries with external experts and internal stakeholders.
  • Clear communication of complex ideas.

Preferred

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience in Haematology.
  • Project Management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
  • Analytical data skills.
