Who we’re looking for

RHP Home is our new in-house repairs service, delivering brilliant, safe and timely repairs for our customers. To make that happen, we need all our repairs systems; particularly Totalmobile and related repairs technologies; to be rock solid, well-configured and constantly improving.

You’ll be at the heart of this, providing 2nd and 3rd line support for RHP Home’s core systems. You’ll be the specialist who really understands how a front-line repairs service works and can translate that into smart system design, effective workflows and great user support. You’ll make sure planners, supervisors and technicians have the tools they need to keep our customers’ homes in great condition.

It would blow us away if you had hands on experience with Totalmobile in a housing, repairs or related field service context, and knowledge of reporting and analytics tools such as SQL or Power BI.
