Service Care Legal are working with a well-regarded and established law firm based in Surrey who are looking to appoint a Private Client Solicitor to join their friendly and experienced Private Client team.

SALARY: £50,000 to £70,000

Job Description
Managing a varied private client caseload including wills, probate, estate administration, trusts, inheritance tax planning, and lasting powers of attorney
Advising clients with sensitivity and professionalism, delivering clear and practical guidance tailored to individual circumstances
Handling matters independently from instruction through to conclusion, ensuring a high standard of technical accuracy
Contributing positively to the wider team, sharing knowledge and supporting best practice across the department

Job Profile
Qualified Solicitor with ideally 3+ years’ PQE in Private Client (applications from those with slightly less experience will be considered)
Demonstrable experience across core private client work; exposure to contentious probate or Court of Protection matters is advantageous but not essential
Able to work autonomously while remaining a collaborative and engaged team member
STEP membership and/or Association of Lifetime Lawyers accreditation would be beneficial, though not essential
