Joining a specialist team close to Twickenham, the successful lawyer will utilise their skills and expertise in childcare to assist and manage a varied caseload for a designated portfolio of clients. Additionally, the successful Solicitor or Legal Executive will play a key role in the continued growth of the team and build and maintain client relationships.

They are now seeking a Childcare Solicitor on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities for this Childcare Solicitor vacancy:

Advising parents and children
Childcare proceedings
Special guardianship orders
Adoption
Child protection cases
Attending pre-proceeding meetings
Representation at contested final hearings
Building client relationships
Participating in business development activities

Qualifications and Experience for this Childcare Solicitor role:

Qualified solicitors and legal executives with a between 2-5 years PQE
Technically proficient in childcare matters
Possesses outstanding communication and client care skills  
IT literate with expertise in Microsoft Office
Knowledge of Proclaim is desirable
Highly organised, able to meet tight deadlines
Has an aptitude for business development

Benefits for this Childcare Solicitor role:

Salary of £48,000 - £60,000 very much dependent on experience
1-2 days from home
