SENIOR BLOCK MANAGER – SURREY – £45-£55K

We are a proud family business in Surrey looking for someone to manage a varied portfolio of high‑rise buildings, mixed‑use developments and residential blocks.

You’ll be responsible for managing a well-balanced portfolio including HRBs, mixed‑use developments and residential blocks, supported by an experienced back‑office team.

• Full day‑to‑day management of a varied portfolio, including high‑rise buildings (HRBs) and mixed‑use schemes
• Overseeing service charge budgets, expenditure and year‑end accounts
• Managing Section 20 consultations and major works projects
• Conducting regular site visits and ensuring H&S compliance across all sites
• Liaising effectively with leaseholders, clients, contractors and internal teams
• Attending AGMs, EGMs and client meetings
• Ensuring timely response and proactive resolution of maintenance and compliance matters
• Supporting junior team members and contributing to continuous improvement within the business

• Experienced Block Manager, ideally MTPI qualified (or working towards)
• Confident managing HRBs and complex developments
• Excellent communication, organisation and client relationship skills
• Proactive, solution‑focused and comfortable working with autonomy
• A genuine team player who enjoys contributing to a positive office culture

• Competitive salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (DOE)
