Due to internal promotions and team changes, a key vacancy has opened up for a seasoned manager to lead the surfacing division. You will be responsible for overseeing a significant programme of asphalt and surfacing schemes, managing the delivery team, and ensuring all works are completed successfully.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the highways sector.
- Extensive technical knowledge of asphalt and surfacing works is essential.
- Strong leadership skills to manage and support a team of supervisors and agents.
