Responsibilities
  • Supervising and supporting clinical and junior staff, providing education, training, and mentorship.
  • Delivering high-quality, evidence-based patient care.
  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care collaboratively.

    Qualifications, Skills, and Values
    • Registered Theatre Nurse with relevant qualifications and post-registration experience.
    • Immediate or advanced life support desirable.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork skills; flexible and motivated.
    • Understanding of the importance of continuity in patient care.
    • Must be NMC qualified.
