Bonus : 10000 profit-share (paid quarterly!)

Hours :
Monday Friday 8 : 305 : 30 (40 hrs) Overtime Available

Team : 4 Techs 5 Ramps Your Own Workstation

Youll have loads of work booked in advance access to modern equipment and a clean tidy workshop that feels like homenot a production line.

• Diagnostics servicing repairs & maintenance
• Your own ramp your own space your own standards
• Getting involved with MOT repairs (and MOT testing if qualified)
• Delivering top-quality workmanship for a customer base that genuinely values the garage
• Continued development everyone is encouraged to get their MOT card fully funded

A top tech someone who knows their stuff and takes pride in doing the job properly.

• MOT licence
• EV / Hybrid training
• Independent garage experience
• (Not essential the right attitude matters most.)

• 45k50k basic
• 10k profit-share bonus (paid quarterly!)
